Member Micks introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - WESLEY COMMONS P.U.D. NO. 86
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice,
has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as the
WESLEY COMMONS P.U.D. NO. 86 covering the following described tracts of land:
Lot 1, Block 1, Valley Square 3rd Addition.
Together with:
Lot 2, Block 1, Valley Square 3rd Addition, except that part thereof which lies
Northeasterly of the Southwesterly line of Lot 4, Olsen Manor and its extensions.
Together with:
That part of Lot 1, Block 3, Valley Square 3rd Addition, embraced within the plat of
Olsen Manor.
Together with:
Lot 1, Block 3, Valley Square 3rd Addition, except that part thereof embraced within
the plat of Olsen Manor, and except the East 9 feet thereof, and also except that
part of said Lot 1, embraced within the West 555 feet of the Southeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 118, Range 21.
Together with:
The West 9 feet of that part of Lot 2, Block 3, Valley Square 3rd Addition, embraced
within the plat of Olsen Manor.
Together with:
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, Valley Square 3rd Addition, which lies Northeasterly of
the Southwesterly line of Lot 4, Olsen Manor and its extensions.
Together with:
That part of Lot 2, Block 3, Valley Square 3rd Addition, embraced within the plat of
Olsen Manor, except the West 9 feet thereof.

Together with:
That part of Lot 1, Block 3, Valley Square 3rd Addition, embraced within the West
555 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township
118, Range 21, which lies South of the south line of the plat of Olsen Manor.
Together with:
That part of the East 9 feet of Lot 1, Block 3, Valley Square 3rd Addition, which lies
South of the south line of the plat of Olsen Manor.
Together with:
Lot 2, Block 3, Valley Square 3rd Addition, except that part thereof embraced within
the plat of Olsen Manor.
Together with:
All of vacated Maren Lane as dedicated in the plat of Olsen Manor and that portion
of vacated Golden Valley Road as dedicated in the plat of Valley Square 3rd
Addition which lies West of the southerly extension of the West line of Winnetka
Avenue as dedicated in the plat of Valley Square 3rd Addition and "easterly of the
northwesterly extension of the West line of Lot 1, Block 3, Valley Square 3rd
Addition having a radius of 262 feet".
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and
the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of
said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member LeSuer
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson,
Bakken, Johnson, LeSuer, and Micks; and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
