Member LeSuer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION JUDGES
FOR THE PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 12, 2000
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that the persons
herein named are appointed judges and alternates for the Primary Election to be held on
September 12, 2000. The judges appointed, precinct and voting places wherein they shall
serve and the hours are as follows: Polls shall be open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Election judges shall work from 6:00 a.m. until votes are counted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Bakken
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson,
Bakken, Johnson, LeSuer and Micks; and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
