Member Bakken introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION VACATING A PLATTED DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN SIRNY SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice,
has heretofore conducted public hearing on the vacation of a platted drainage and utility
easement in Sirny Second Addition.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley that said Drainage and Utility easement located in the property legally described
below be vacated:
A 12' Drainage and Utility easement across Lot 1, Block 1, Sirny Second Addition,
described as: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, thence southerly
along the Easterly line of said Lot 1 on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees, 5
minutes, 26 seconds West, a distance of 16.00 feet to the actual point of beginning
of the easement to be described, thence southwesterly on an assumed bearing of
South 55 degrees West, to the south line of said Lot I and there terminating, all
within Lot 1, Block 1, Sirny Second Addition, as laid out and recorded, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Johnson
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson,
Bakken, Johnson, LeSuer, and Micks; and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
