00-89 - 12-19 - Adopt Plat Meadowbrook School PUD 90 Resolution 00-89 December 19, 2000 Member Bakken introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - MEADOWBROOK SCHOOL P.U.D. NO. 90 WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as the Meadowbrook School P.U.D. No. 90 covering the following described tracts of land: Lot 1, Block 1, MEADOWBROOK SCHOOL 2ND ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. AND Lot 2, Block 1, MEADOWBROOK SCHOOL ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. AND That part of vacated Turner Crossroad North, dedicated in the plat of Meadowbrook School Addition as Turner Crossroad, which lies between the northwesterly extension of the northerly line of Glenwood Avenue [shown on said plat as County Road No. 40] and the southerly right of way line of the Soo Line Railroad. WHEREAS, written comments and recommendations of the Commissioner of Transportation and the County Highway Engineer have been received by the City or the prescribed 30 day period has elapsed without receipt of such comments and recommendations as provided by Minn. Statutes Sections 505.03, 505.02 and 462.358 (Exhibit A). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises. I n, City Clerk Resolution 00-89 - Continued December 19, 2000 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member LeSuer and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, LeSuer, and Micks; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
