01-14 - 03-06 - Approve Plat Honeywell Golden Valley 2nd Addition Resolution 01-14 March 6, 2001 Member LeSuer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - HONEYWELL GOLDEN VALLEY 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as HONEYWELL GOLDEN VALLEY 2ND ADDITION covering the following described tracts of land: Beginning at the most Northeasterly corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 118, Range 21, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, lying and being in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota; thence South along the easterly section line a distance of 300 feet; thence West at right angles to said east line a distance of 300 feet; thence North at right angles a distance of 300 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of said Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter thence East along said Northerly line of said Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter to the point of beginning. And Lot 2, Block 1, HONEYWELL GOLDEN VALLEY ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises. - ��, �2 e�4-_JZ114erL11 Mary E. 6Aderson, Mayor ATTEST: "'A Shirley J`. 6Ison, City Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Bakken and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, LeSuer and Micks; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
