RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - BRECK ADDITION P.U.D. NO. 88
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Vally, pursuant to due notice, has
heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as the Breck
Addition P.U.D. No. 88 covering the following described tracts of land:
All that part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19 Township 29 North Range 24
West of the 4th Principal Meridian described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast
corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence South 01 degrees 41 minutes 31 seconds
West, assumed bearing, along the East line of said Southwest Quarter 315.58 feet to
the Southeasterly right of way line of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern
Railroad and the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence Southwesterly

Northwest having a radius of 3,859.50 feet, a central angle of 01 degrees 03 minutes

WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and
the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of
said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Bakken
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson,
Bakken, Johnson, LeSuer and Micks; and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
