Member LeSuer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - RLT ADDITION P.U.D. NO. 91
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice,
has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as the RLT
Addition P.U.D. No. 91 covering the following described tracts of land:
Those parts of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Block 1, Murri-Mac Industrial Park Addition-Replat
embraced within the following description: Commencing at the intersection of the
East line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 117, Range 21, with the
center line of U.S. Highway No. 12; thence Westerly along said center line 184.2
feet, thence deflecting to the left 70 degrees 35 minutes a distance of 182.76 feet;
thence deflecting to the left 10 degrees 48 minutes a distance of 104.3 feet; thence
Westerly parallel to said center line 7.5 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence
continuing westerly along said parallel line 155 feet; thence deflecting to the left 80
degrees 28 minutes a distance of 281.03 feet; thence Easterly parallel to said center
line 155 feet; thence Northerly to the actual point of beginning, according to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Deeds in and for
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The registered portion of the property is described as follows:
Lot 7, Block 1, except that part of said lot embraced within the following description;
Commencing at the intersection of the East line of the Northwest Quarter of Section
6, Township 117, Range 21, with the center line of U.S. Highway No. 12; thence
Westerly along said center line 184.2 feet, thence deflecting to the left 70 degrees
35 minutes a distance of 182.76 feet; thence deflecting to the left 10 degrees 48
minutes a distance of 104.3 feet; thence Westerly parallel to said center line 7.5 feet
to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing Westerly along said parallel line
155 feet; thence deflecting to the left 80 degrees 28 minutes a distance of 281.03
feet; thence Easterly parallel to said center line 155 feet; thence Northerly to the
actual point of beginning in Murri-Mac Industrial Park Addition-Replat
That part of vacated U.S. Highway No. 12 dedicated in the plat Murri-Mac Industrial
Park Addition-Replat, which lies between the northerly extension of the West line
Lot 7, Block 1, said addition, and the northerly extension of the West line of Parcel 6
as shown on Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat No. 27-25
filed as Doc. No. 1724477.
Lot 11 and Lot 12, Block 1, Murri-Mac Industrial Park Addition Replat;
Lots 6, 8, 9 and 10, Block 1, except that part of said lots embraced within the

That part of vacated U.S. Highway No. 12 dedicated in the plat Murri-Mac Industrial
Park Addition-Replat, which lies between the northerly extensions of the East line
and of the West line of Lot 6, Block 1, said addition.
Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, MURRI-MAC INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION-REPLAT.
That part of vacated U.S. Highway No. 12 dedicated in the plat Murri-Mac Industrial
Park Addition-Replat, which lies between the northerly extensions of the West line of
Lot 4 and of the East line of Lot 5, all in Block 1, said addition
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and
the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of
said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Johnson
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Grayson,
Johnson, LeSuer, Loomis and Tremere; and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
