02-47 - 06-17 - Order Improvement Natchez, Wayzata to Douglas Resolution 02-47 June 17, 2002 Member Tremere introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT RSL 228 NATCHEZ AVENUE SOUTH, WAYZATA BOULEVARD TO DOUGLAS AVENUE SOUTH WHEREAS, it is proposed to install three overhead street lights on Natchez Avenue South between Wayzata Boulevard and Douglas Avenue South and to assess the benefited properties pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota that the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. Taylor, Ci rk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Grayson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Grayson, Johnson, LeSuer and Tremere; and the following was absent: Loomis, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
