03-40 - 10-07 - Appointment of Election Judges for Nov 4, 2003 General Election Resolution 03-40 October 7,2003 Member LeSuer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE GENERAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 4, 2003 BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, that the persons herein named are appointed judges and alternates for the General Election to be held on November 4, 2003. The judges appointed, precinct and voting places wherein they shall serve and the hours are as follows: Polls shall be open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Election judges shall work from 6:00 a.m. until votes are counted. 2003 CITY ELECTION JUDGES Precinct #1 - N. Taylor, Jerk Resolution 03-40 - Continued October 7, 2003 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Grayson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Grayson, Johnson, LeSuer and Tremere; and the following was absent: Loomis, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor Pro Tem and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
