Member Tremere introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - RATH WHITE ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice,
has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as the RATH
WHITE ADDITION covering the following described tracts of land:
The East half of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 29, Township 118, Range 21, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Hennepin
County, Minnesota; EXCEPT that part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29,
Township 118, Range 21, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the
North line of said Northeast Quarter and the center line of St. Croix Avenue, said
point being distant 261.9 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Northeast
Quarter; thence East along the North line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of
146.33 feet; thence Southwesterly deflecting to the right at an angle of 111 degrees
37 minutes 35 seconds, a distance of 107.86 feet to the center line of said St. Croix
Avenue; thence Northwesterly along said center line 146.33 feet to the point of
beginning. Lying Northeasterly of the Northeasterly line of Sandburg Lane.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and
the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of
said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Grayson
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Freiberg,
Grayson, Loomis, Shaffer and Tremere; and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
