04-45 - 06-01 - Approve Plat for Golden Ridge Resolution 04-45 June 1, 2004 Member Freiberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - GOLDEN RIDGE P.U.D. 98 WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as the GOLDEN RIDGE P.U.D. 98 covering the following described tracts of land: Lot 2, Block 1, LAKEVIEW HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION. The portion of the above described land is Registered Title Property and is described as follows: Lot 3, Block 8, "Lakeview Heights," Hennepin County Minnesota. That part of Lot 4, Block 8, said "Lakeview Heights," Hennepin County Minnesota, which lies easterly of"Line 1" described below; That part of vacated Fries Place, dedicated in the plat of"Lakeview Heights," Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the centerline of said vacated Fries Place, southerly of the easterly extension of the north line of Lot 3, Block 8, said plat, and northerly of a line drawn radially to said centerline and passing through the southeast corner of Lot 4, said Block 8; Lots 21, 22 and 23, Block 9, said "Lakeview Heights," Hennepin County Minnesota; Those parts of Lots 1, 18, 19 and 20, Block 9, said "Lakeview Heights," Hennepin County Minnesota, which lie northerly of"Line 2" described below, and its extensions; That part of the vacated alley adjoining said Lot 1 lying Southeasterly of the centerline thereof and between the extension across it of the East line of said Lot 1 and "Line 2" described below; That part of the vacated alley adjoining said Lots 20 to 23 inclusive lying Northwesterly of the centerline thereof and between the extension across it of the East line of said Lot 23 and "Line 2" described below; That part of vacated Fries Place adjoining said Lots 18 to 21 inclusive lying Southeasterly of the centerline thereof and between the extension across it of the North line of said Block 9 and "Line 2" described below; and that Bullseye Development, L.L.C., a limited liability company, fee owner, of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit: Lot 3, Block 1, LAKEVIEW HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION. Resolution 04-45 - Continued June 1, 2004 The portion of the above described land is Registered Title Property and is described as follows: That part of vacated Fries Place, dedicated in the plat of"Lakeview Heights," Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the centerline of said vacated Fries Place, southerly of a line drawn radially to said centerline and passing through the northeast corner of Lot 6, Block 8, said plat, and which lies easterly of"Line 1" described below; Lots 2 and 17, Block 9, "Lakeview Heights," Hennepin County Minnesota. Those parts of Lots 1, 18, 19 and 20, Block 9, said "Lakeview Heights," Hennepin County Minnesota, which lie southerly of"Line 2" described below, and its extensions; That part of the vacated alley adjoining said Lots 1 and 2 lying Southeasterly and Easterly of the centerline thereof and between the extension across it of the South line of said Lot 2 and "Line 2" described below; That part of the vacated alley adjoining said Lots 17 to 20 inclusive lying Northwesterly and Westerly of the centerline thereof and between the extension across it of the Southerly line of said Lot 17 and "Line 2" described below; That part of vacated Fries Place adjoining said Lots 17 and 18 lying Southeasterly of the centerline thereof, and between the extension across it of the Southerly line of said Lot 17 and "Line 2" described below, and which lies easterly of "Line 1" described below; Lot 12, Block 9, "Lakeview Heights," Hennepin County Minnesota. That part of the vacated alley adjoining said Lot 12 lying South of the centerline thereof and between the extensions across it of the East and West lines of said Lot 12. "Line 1" is described as: Beginning at a point on the south line of Lot 13, Block 9, said "Lakeview Heights," Hennepin County Minnesota, distant 392.56 feet westerly of the southeast corner of said Block 9, as measured along the southerly line of said Block 9; thence run northerly to the southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 8, said "Lakeview Heights," Hennepin County Minnesota; thence run northeasterly along the northwesterly line of said Lot 3 to the northerly line of said Block 8 and said "Line 1" there terminating. "Line 2" is described as: Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Block 9, said "Lakeview Heights," Hennepin County Minnesota, distant 420.00 feet northerly of the southeast corner of said Block 9, as measured along said easterly line; thence run westerly to a point on the above described "Line 1" distant 420.00 feet northerly of the point of beginning of said "Line 1", as measured along said "Line 1", and said "Line 2" there terminating. Tayl , i y Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Grayson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Freiberg, Grayson, Loomis, Shaffer and Tremere; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
