04-62 - 09-07 - Order Preparation of 2006 Pavement Management Report Resolution 04-62 September 7, 2004 Member Pentel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT FOR 2006 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM WHEREAS, it is proposed to reconstruct the streets listed below and to assess the benefited properties pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 for the following streets: 2006 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT STREET LIST: • Adeline Lane: Angelo Drive to Cul-de-sac • Alfred Road: Toledo Avenue North to Angelo Drive • Angelo Drive: Toledo Avenue North to Winsdale Street • Frontenac Avenue: Golden Valley Road to Quail Avenue North • Golden Valley Road: Lilac Drive North (East Frontage Road) to Duluth Street • Heathbrooke Circle: Major Drive to Cul-de-sac • Major Drive: Noble Drive to Golden Valley Road • Noble Drive: Major Drive to Golden Valley Road • Quail Avenue North: Frontenac Avenue to Golden Valley Road • Regent Avenue North: Golden Valley Road to Duluth Street • St. Croix Avenue: Lilac Drive North (East Frontage Road) to Spring Valley Road • St. Croix Circle: Spring Valley Road (South) to Spring Valley Road (North) • Spring Valley Circle: Spring Valley Road (South) to Spring Valley Road (North) • Spring Valley Road: Angelo Drive to Golden Valley Road • Thotland Road: Lilac Drive North (East Frontage Road) to Angelo Drive • Toledo Avenue North: Angelo Drive to Golden Valley Road • Toledo Avenue North: St. Croix Avenue to Duluth Street • Topel Road: Lilac Drive North (East Frontage Road) to Unity Avenue North • Unity Avenue North: Cul-de-sac (South of Thotland Road) to Cul-de-sac (North of Topel Road) • Wills Place: Thotland Road to Alfred Road • Winsdale Street: Toledo Avenue North to Spring Valley Road NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota that the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. Taylor, City Clerk Resolution 04-62 Continued September 7, 2004 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Grayson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Freiberg, Grayson, Loomis, Pentel and Shaffer, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
