Member Freiberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A PLATTED DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT AT 7135 MADISON AVENUE WEST
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice,
has heretofore conducted public hearing on the vacation of a portion of a platted drainage
and utility easement at 7135 Madison Avenue West.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden
Valley that said portion of a platted drainage and utility easement legally described below
be vacated:
The easterly 26 feet of the westerly 32 feet, of Lot 1, Block 1, Mueller
Industrial Park, except the northerly 10 feet and the southerly 6 feet of the
westerly 32 feet of said Lot 1, Block 1, Mueller Industrial Park, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Grayson
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Freiberg,
Grayson, Loomis, Pentel and Shaffer; and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
