05-46 - 07-05 - Vacate Drainage Easement RLT Addition PUD 91 Resolution 05-46 July 5, 2005 Member Grayson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN RECORDED UTILITY AND PLATTED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE PLAT OF RLT ADDITION P.U.D. NO. 91 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted public hearing on the vacation of certain recorded utility easements and platted drainage and utility easements in the plat of RLT ADDITION P.U.D. NO. 91. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that said certain recorded utility easements and drainage and utility easements as described more specifically below be vacated: An easement recorded as Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Document No. 604071; Also, an easement recorded as Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Document No. 781571; Also, an easement recorded as Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Document No. 819941 and Hennepin County Recorder Document No. 3559176; Also, an easement recorded as Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Document No. 824302; Also, an easement recorded as Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Document No. 824490; All the platted Drainage and Utility easements in the plat of RLT ADDITION P.U.D. NO. 91, as they affect Lot 1, block 1, RLT ADDITION P.U.D. NO. 91; All the platted Drainage and Utility easements in the plat of MURR-IMAC INDUSTRIAL PARK as they affect Certificate of Title Nos. 1136773 and 1079581. � J s Linda R.
