05-47 - 07-05 - Approve Plat for RLT Addition Resolution 05-47 July 5, 2005 Member Freiberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - RLT SECOND ADDITION P.U.D. NO. 91 WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as the RLT Second Addition P.U.D. No. 91 covering the following described tracts of land: Lot 1, Block 1, RLT Addition P.U.D. No. 91, except that part thereof lying north of the south line of Lots 4 and 5 and westerly of the east line of said Lot 5, and its northerly extension, Block 1, Murri-Mac Industrial Park Addition-Replat; and except that part of said Lot 1 described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the east line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 117, Range 21 with the center line of U.S. Highway No. 12; thence westerly along said center line 184.2 feet; thence deflecting to the left 70 degrees 35 minutes a distance of 182.76 feet; thence deflecting to the left 10 degrees 48 minutes a distance of 104.3 feet; thence westerly parallel to said center line 7.5 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing westerly along said parallel line 155 feet; thence deflecting to the left 80 degrees 28 minutes a distance of 281.03 feet; thence easterly parallel to said center line 155 feet; thence northerly to the actual point of beginning. And That part of Lot 1, Block 1, RLT Addition P.U.D. No. 91, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the east line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 117, Range 21 with the center line of U.S. Highway No. 12; thence westerly along said center line 184.2 feet; thence deflecting to the left 70 degrees 35 minutes a distance of 182.76 feet; thence deflecting to the left 10 degrees 48 minutes a distance of 104.3 feet; thence westerly parallel to said center line 7.5 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing westerly along said parallel line 155 feet; thence northerly to the actual point of beginning. And That part of Lot 1, Block 1, RLT Addition P.U.D. No. 91, which lies northerly of the south line of Lots 4 and 5 and westerly of the east line of Lot 5, and its northerly extension, Block 1, Murri-Mac Industrial Park Addition-Replat. And Lots 1,2,3,14,15 and 16, Block 1, Murri-Mac Industrial Park Addition-Replat; That part of vacated U.S. Highway No. 12 dedicated in the plat Murri-Mac Industrial Park Addition-Replat, which lies between the Northerly extensions of the west line of Lot 1 and the East line of Lot 3, Block 1, said addition; and Resolution 05-47 - Continued July 5, 2005 That part of vacated Flag Avenue, dedicated in the plat of"Murri-Mac Industrial Park Addition," lying Northerly of the Westerly extension of the South line of Lot 16, Block 1, Murri-Mac Industrial Park Addition-Replat. And Tracts A and B, Registered Land Survey No. 859, County of Hennepin. Lot 13, Block 1, Murri-Mac Industrial Park Add ition-Replat. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises. 1XI Linda R.
