13-108 - 12-03 - adopting 2014 budget of the general fund budget Resolution 13-108 December 3, 2013 Member Pentel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2014 BUDGET OF THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET WHEREAS, in 2013, the staff presented a biennial budget cycle with a proposed 2014 current budget year and a 2015 "in concept" budget proposal; and WHEREAS, this proposed 2014 operating budget resolution and the accompanying proposed tax levies contained in Resolution 13-107 are submitted by the City in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and other applicable laws in effect on this date; and BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota, that the 2014 General Fund Budget are hereby given final approval.
