15-14 - 02-17 - Approval of Plat - Paisley Lane Woods Resolution 15-14 February 17, 2015
Member Schmidgall introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT - PAISLEY LANE WOODS
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice,
has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Paisley
Lane Woods covering the following described tracts of land:
Lot 2, Block 1, "Tralee"
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and
the proper officers of the City are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original of
said plat and to do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Clausen
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Schmidgall,
Harris, Snope, Fonnest and Clausen and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and his signature attested by the City Clerk.
