17-36 - 06-20 - Local Performance Programs Resolution 17-36 June 20, 2017 Member Clausen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LOCAL PERFORMANCE PROGRAM WHEREAS, in 2010, the Minnesota Legislature created a Council on Local Results and Innovation; and WHEREAS, benefits to the City are outlined in MS 6.91 and include eligibility for a reimbursement as set by State statute; that participate in the program adopted by the Council on Local Results and Innovation; and WHEREAS, the participation in the program furthers the City of Golden Valley's goals of improving service delivery and enhancing communication with residents; and WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted and implemented at least 10 of the performance measures, as developed by the Council on Local Results and Innovation, and a system to use this information to help plan, budget, manage and evaluate programs and processes for optimal outcomes; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley, will report the results of the performance measures to its citizenry by the end of the year through posting on the city's website and various city publications. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Golden Valley will submit to the Office of the State Auditor the actual results of the performance measures adopted by the City. iShZeard M.
