City of Golden Valley, and WHEREAS, the settlement agreement stipulated that Dr. Paul Olin would donate to the City of Golden Valley the parcel of land referred to as the "basin lot' and legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Fahrendorff Addition; and WHEREAS, Paul Olin and Mary Kathryn Olin have provided the City of Golden Valley a Quit Claim deed for the "basin lot'; and WHEREAS, the Resolution and Minnesota Statutes, section 465.03 state that a grant or gift of real or personal property must be accepted by the City Council by resolution and be approved by a two-thirds majority of the Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council accepts the attached quit claim deed for the "basin lot" legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Fahrendorff Addition in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Adopted by the City Council of Golden Valley, Minnesota this 21 st day of December 2021.
