Resolution 92-1
March 17, 1992
Commissioner Bakken introduced the following resolution andlTloved its adoption:
RESOLUTION TERMINATING THE DESIGNATIONOFSCHATZLEIN ASSOCIATES AS
DEVELOPER OF THE EWALD DAIRY SITE (GOLDEN VALLEY ROAD AND XERXES AVENUE)
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Golden Valley (hereinafter "HRA") in Resolution 90-8, did designate condition-
ally Schatzlein Associates as the developer of the Ewald Dairy Site; and
WHEREAS, the HRA has worked for more than 1-1/2 years with Schatzlein
Associates to develop low and moderate income housing on the Ewald site owned
by the HRA; and
WHEREAS, the Partnership has been unable to come forward, with a satisfac-
tory plan for development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VEDby the HRA that i thereby terminates the
conditional designation of Schatzlein Associates as developer of the Ewald
Dai ry Site as set forthi n Resol uti on 90-8.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
Commissioner Johnson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Bakken, Johnson, Russell and Stockman (Thompson absent); and
the following voted against the same: none~ whereupon said resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Chair and his signature
attested by the Di rector.
