98-01 HRA Resolution Resolution 98-1 March 11, 1998 . Commissioner Micks introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION TERMINATING THE REVOCABLE DESIGNATION OF CSM CORPORATION AS DEVELOPER OF A PORTION OF THE GOLDEN HILLS REDEVELOPMENT AREA WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Golden Valley (hereinafter "HRA") on July 9, 1996, adopted Resolution 96-2 conditionally designating CSM Corporation (hereinafter "CSM") as developer of approximately 12 acres of the central portion of the Golden Hills Redevelopment Area; and WHEREAS, on December 11, 1996 said designation was renewed through the adoption of Resolution 96-4; and, WHEREAS, said resolutions reserved the right for the HRA to rescind the designation at any time in its sole and absolute discretion; and, WHEREAS, negotiations with CSM have broken down and the HRA now wishes to rescind said designation. . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the HRA that it hereby rescinds the revocable designation of CSM Corporation as developer of approximately 12 acres of the central portion of the Golden Hills Redevelopment Area. ATTEST: Motion for the doption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Commissioner Anderson, and upon a vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson, Bakken, Johnson, and Micks; and the following voted against the same: none; and the following was absent: LeSuer; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Chair and her . signature attested by the Director.
