RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY EXTENDING THE DESIGNATION OF
WILLIAM E. BERGQUIST
AS DEVELOPER OF A PORTION OF THE
HENNEPIN COUNTY SHERIFF'S SITE
WHEREAS, the HRA in and for the City of Golden Valley (hereinafter
"HRA") has worked with Hennepin County to purchase excess land east of the
Hennepin County Dispatch Center to be replatted into a single parcel of
approximately 5 acres; and,
WHEREAS, William E. Bergquist (hereinafter "Developer") has expressed

WHEREAS, the HRA wishes to further explore the purchase of the
Hennepin County site and work with William E. Bergquist on its development;
