2005 HRA Resolutions 05-02 . . . Resolution 05-02 April 12, 2005 Commissioner Loomis introduced the following and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE EXPIRATION OF THE DESIGNATION OF DAVID WEBB AS DEVELOPER OF A PORTION OF THE GOLDEN HILLS REDEVELOPMENT AREA (1201 South Turner's Crossroad and the MnDOT Parcel East of the Golden Hills Shopping Center) WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Golden Valley (hereinafter "HRA") on February 1 0, 2004, adopted Resolution 04-03 conditionally designating David Webb as developer of a portion of the Golden Hills RedevelopmentArea (1201 South Turner's Crossroad and the MnDOT Parcel East of the Golden Hills Shopping Center), which designation was subsequently extended by Resolution 04-09 adopted on July 13, 2004; and WHEREAS, on October 31, 2004, said designation, as extended, expired according to its terms; and WHEREAS, Webb has not performed the timely reconstruction of the Golden Hills Shopping Center, which creates uncertainty regarding his ability to provide for the timely redevelopment of the land included in this designation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the HRA that it hereby confirms the expiration of the revocable designation of David Webb as developer of 1201 South Turner's Crossroad and the MnDOT Parcel East of the Golden Hills Shopping Center. /~ ATTEST: ~~ Thomas D.
