The meeting was called to order by Chair Klaas at 6:30 pm.

MOTION by Commissioner Brenna, seconded by Commissioner Byl to approve the agenda for
October 27, 2025 as submitted and the motion carried with Commissioner Klaas abstaining.
4. Oath of Office for Youth Commissioner
A. Lilian Stremel was sworn in by Chair Paul Klaas.
5. Approval of Meeting Minutes
MOTION by Commissioner Byl, seconded by Commissioner Brenna to approve the minutes of
September 15, 2025 as submitted and the motion carried.
6. Adjournment
The regular Environmental Commission meeting was adjourned by Chair Klaas at 6:33 pm.
