CITY COUNCIL CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES
Closed Session Items:
1. Call to Order
Mayor Harris called the meeting to order at 5:39 pm.
Present: Mayor Shep Harris, Council Members Maurice Harris, Gillian Rosenquist
and Kimberly Sanberg
Absent: Council Member Denise La Mere-Anderson
Staff present: City Manager Cruikshank; and City Attorney Cisneros
Others present: Susan Tindal of Iverson Reuvers
This meeting was closed as permitted by Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3(b) for the purpose of
providing legal advice and discussing litigation strategies regarding pending litigation. No
public business was discussed at this closed meeting pursuant to the statute.
2. Closed Session to discuss litigation strategies in the case titled Friederichs v. City of
Golden Valley, Case No. 27-CV-23-4340
3. Adjourn
The Closed Executive Session was adjourned by unanimous consent at 6:03 pm.
