17- Community Developement Admin DivisionCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION DIVISION This division is responsible for the general administration of the divisions of Engineering, Planning, Inspections and Recycling. In 2021, a Housing & Redevelopment Manager position and program was added to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) and will report to this director. This division is responsible for maintenance of the City's infrastructure, civil engineering, traffic, engineering, recycling, inspections and planning.
