ADMINISTRATION AND GENERAL GOVERNMENT
Section 2.01: Authority and Purpose
Pursuant to authority granted by Statute, this Chapter of the City Code is enacted
so as to set down for enforcement the government and good order of the City by
and through the Council. This Chapter includes details of administrative procedure
and constitutes the City Manager's recommendation to the Council of such
procedures.
