Section 2.06: Public Meetings
All Council meetings, including special and adjourned meetings, and meetings of all
Council committees and commissions shall be open to the public except, that a
closed meeting may be held observing the statutory requirements including
notification and recording. A decision to hold a closed meeting, except in case of an
emergency, must be made at a regular open meeting of the Council.
