Section 2.07: Subcommittee Meetings
Any two members of the Council may be appointed by the Council to perform a
special task for the Council. Notice of meetings of these subcommittees will
whenever possible be announced at regular Council meetings and a written notice
stating its purpose shall be given to the official City newspaper and posted on a
bulletin board at the Civic Center.
