Section 2.11: Quorum and Voting
Subdivision 1. Quorum
A majority of all the members of the Council shall constitute a quorum for the
transaction of business.
Subdivision 2. Votes Required
A majority of all members of the Council shall be necessary for approval of any
ordinance unless a larger number is required by statute. Except as otherwise
provided by statute, majority vote of a quorum shall prevail in all other cases.
