Section 2.55: Police Civil Service Commission
Subdivision 1. Establishment and Composition
The establishment of a Police Civil Service Commission, composed of three (3)
members, is hereby ratified. Its members shall serve three-year staggered terms.
Subdivision 2. Statute Adopted
The adoption by reference of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 419.01 to 419.18, is
hereby ratified.
Subdivision 3. Duties and Responsibilities
The Commission shall continue to have authority to administer its activities with all
of the powers and duties set forth in the statutory sections cited herein.
