Section 2.70: Public Works Reserve Fund
Subdivision 1. Establishment
A Public Works Reserve Fund is hereby established.
Subdivision 2. Purpose and Composition
The purpose of the Fund shall be to finance capital improvements to the City's
public works infrastructure. The Council may annually levy taxes for maintaining the
Fund, and may, by resolution, appropriate other revenue not required to be used
for other purposes.
