Minutes of the September 13, 1999 Meeting
Golden Valley Park & Rec Sumac Room
Members Present: Hilmer Erickson, Gloria Johnson, Mary Anne Moore, Elissa
Heilicher, Carolyn Fiterman, Terri DeVeau and Sue Virnig, Staff liaison.
Members Absent: Karen Neis, and Helen Bassett.
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7: 1 Opm by Vice Chair Elissa
Heilicher.
Approval of Minutes: Hilmer Erickson moved and Carolyn Fiterman seconded
approval of the August minutes. The motion passed unanimously.
Run the Valley: Elissa Heilicher moved and Terri DeVeau seconded to
purchase long sleeve t-shirts and set the date for April 15, 2000. The motion
passed unanimously.
Golf Tourney: Discussion was held on the games and drawings.
Allocations for the Budget Year 2000: Applications were handed out and the
October meeting will comprise of allocating requests.
Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 8: 15pm.
