Chapter 11:
LAND USE REGULATION (ZONING)
Section 11.01: Purpose
It is the purpose of this Chapter to regulate land use within the City, including
location, size, use and height of buildings, the arrangement of buildings on lots and
the density of population within the City, and for the purpose of promoting the
health, safety, order, convenience and general welfare for all citizens of the City.
