Section 11.12: Principal Structure on One Lot
Except for properties within the 1-394 Mixed Use Zoning District or regulated under
the Planned Unit Development Regulations of this Chapter, every principal structure
erected in the City after the effective date of this section (October 3, 1991) shall be
located on a separate lot and in no case shall there be more than one (1) principal
structure on a lot.
