Section 5.06: Premises Licensed
Unless expressly stated therein, a license issued under the provisions of this
Chapter shall be valid only in the compact and contiguous building or structure
situated on the premises described in the license or in the case of a temporary on-
sale special event permit issued pursuant to Section 5.81, to that outdoor area
described in the permit issued; and all transactions relating to a sale under such
license must take place within such building or structure.
