Section 5.80: Consumption and Display
It is unlawful for any business establishment or club, not holding an on-sale liquor
license to directly or indirectly, or on any pretense or by any device, sell, barter,
keep for sale, or otherwise dispose of any liquid for the purpose of mixing the same
with liquor, or permit its members to bring and keep a personal supply of liquor in
lockers assigned to such members or customers or at any location located in the
business establishment or club.
