Section 6.38: Heating, Ventilating, Air
Conditioning, and Installers
Subdivision 1. License Required
It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of installing heating,
ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment without a license therefor
from the City.
Subdivision 2. Bond
All applications for such licenses shall be accompanied by a bond in the penal sum
of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) conditioned on the installer having made all
such installations in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with the Heating,
Ventilating and Refrigeration Rules contained in the State Building Code.
