and 171 Adopted by Reference
Subdivision 1.
Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, or in Chapter 9 of this Code, the
regulatory and procedural provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 169
(commonly referred to as the Highway Traffic Regulation Act) and Chapter 171, as
amended from time to time, are hereby incorporated herein and adopted by
reference, including the penalty provisions thereof.

Subdivision 2.
For the purpose of this Chapter, the term "street" means the traveled portion of the
rig ht-of-way.
