Chapter 9:
PARKING REGULATIONS

Section 9.01: Presumption
Subdivision 1.
As to any vehicle parking in violation of Chapters 8 and 9 when the driver thereof is
not present, it shall be presumed that the owner or lessee of such vehicle parked
the same, or that the driver was acting as the agent of the owner or lessee.

Subdivision 2.
For the purpose of this Chapter, the term "street" means the traveled portion of the
right-of-way.
