Section 9.13: Enforcement
Licensed peace officers, reserve officers, and community service officers employed
by the Department of Public Safety are authorized to issue citations for violations of
this Chapter including Minnesota Statutes, Sections 169.34, 169.346 and 169.79
which are incorporated into this Chapter by reference.
