Section 10.31: Police Dogs
Subdivision 1. Death or Harm
It is unlawful to intentionally cause death or any bodily harm whatsoever to a police
dog in the custody of a peace officer as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section
626.84, Subdivision 1, Subparagraph (c).
Subdivision 2. Interference
It is unlawful to torture, torment, or otherwise and by any means whatsoever,
intentionally interfere with a police dog in the custody of or under control of a peace
officer, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 626.82, Subdivision 1
Subparagraph (c).
