Section 10.66: Gambling
It is unlawful for any person (1) to permit upon premises owned or controlled by
such person, or (2) to participate in, gambling by use of cards, dice, gaming tables,
machines, or any other device, except such as are lawful or permitted by Minnesota
Statutes.
