SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS (PLATTING)
Section 12.01: Purpose and Interpretation
Each new subdivision becomes a permanent unit in the basic physical structure of
the future community, a unit to which the future community will of necessity be
forced to adhere. In order that new subdivisions will contribute toward an
attractive, orderly, stable and wholesome community environment with adequate
City services and safe streets, all subdivisions hereafter platted within the
incorporated limits of the City shall in all respects fully comply with the regulations
set forth in this Chapter. In interpretation and application, the provisions of this
Chapter shall be the minimum requirements necessary for the protection of the
public health, safety and general welfare.
