Section 12.02: Scope
Except in the case of new subdivision applications, this Chapter shall not apply to
any lot or lots forming a part of subdivision plats recorded in the office of the
County Recorder or Registrar of Titles prior to the effective date of this Chapter, nor
shall this Chapter repeal, abrogate, annul or in any way impair or interfere with
existing provisions of any laws or City Code provisions except those specifically in
conflict with this Chapter.
