Section 25.02: Railroad Franchise
Ordinance No. 74, adopted July 21, 1959, grants franchise to Minneapolis,
Northfield and Southern Railway to maintain a railroad track right-of-way in the
North Half of 5-117-21.
Ordinance No. 327, adopted August 5, 1969, rescinded and repealed Ordinance No.
290 which had repealed Ordinance No. 74, reinstated Ordinance No. 74 with certain
amendments.
