Section 25.03: Storm Sewer Improvement
Districts
Ordinance No. 498, adopted August 6, 1979, established Storm Sewer
Improvement District for the City of Golden Valley - 1979, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes 444.17 - 444.21, Chapter 206, Laws of 1974.
Ordinance No. 601, adopted August 2, 1983, established a Storm Sewer Reserve
Fund for the District pursuant to Chapter 303, Laws of 1979.
