Ordinance No. 563, adopted April 20, 1982, grants franchise to Northern
Cablevision Northwest, Inc., in accordance with terms of Franchise Ordinance No.1,
adopted September 14, 1981, by the Northwest Suburbs Cable Communications
Commission.
