Summary
The City Council is requested to take testimony, gather facts, make findings, and take action
it deems appropriate relating to the liquor license issued to Chipotle Mexican Grill at 515
Winnetka Avenue.
On September 29, 2011 a Police Sergeant conducted a liquor license compliance check at
the Chipotle Mexican Grill using an 18 year-old checker. The clerk working the register did
not check the ID of the underage checker, and sold a bottle of beer to the checker.
Recommended Action
Gather facts, make findings, and take action the Council considers appropriate concerning
the liquor license issued to Chipotle Mexican Grill located at 515 Winnetka Avenue North.
