Mayor Harris and City Manager Burt highlight the importance and value of the work
session. Comments from each Council Member will follow on their expectations from
the session.
9:30 a.m. Perspective
Facilitator Dave Unmacht engages the group in an interactive discussion which sets the
stage for the work session discussian.
10:30 a.m. The Future of Golden Valley
What makes Golden Valley successful - reflect on the strengths of the City. This session
will be an interactive discussion that will identify issues and challenges that will impact
and define the future of the City, including both internal and e�ernal variables.
Noon Lunch
History quiz - testing your knowledge about the history of Golden Valley. This is
designed to be brief, interactive and engaging.
12:30 p.m. The Future of Golden Valley
Continuing the conversation...........establishing priorities and identifying goals.
1:45 p.m. Closing and Next Steps
Preparation of summary report and next steps in the process.
